Digital Transparency Services
Comprehensive training, consulting, and standards development for operational transparency in digital governance. Building trust through evidence-based frameworks and glass-box accountability.
Digital Privacy Officer Training Programme
Our flagship certification initiative provides comprehensive professional training for Digital Privacy Officers (DPOs). This rigorous programme equips privacy practitioners with the knowledge and skills to implement operational transparency frameworks across their organisations.
The curriculum covers six essential modules: Introduction to Digital Trust & Transparency, Law, Policy, Technical Standards, Rights Sovereignty & Authorisation with Consent, and Glass-boxed Governance for Digital ID and AI. Each module combines theoretical foundations with practical implementation guidance.
Developed in partnership with the Privacy and Access Council of Canada (PACC) and Digital Governance Standards Institute (DGSI), this certification prepares professionals to implement Convention 108+, ISO/IEC 29100 and ISO/IEC 27560 operational transparency interoperability standards in real-world systems.

Sandbox & Pilot Programmes
We operate regulatory innovation sandboxes that provide safe environments for testing transparency frameworks in real-world contexts. Our sandboxes enable organisations to pilot Digital Transparency by Default (DTbD) approaches with expert guidance before committing to full deployment.
GPRC Research
Global Privacy Rights Controls research initiatives exploring standardised privacy rights expression and machine-readable consent mechanisms for cross-border interoperability.
ANCR/TPI-R Conformance Tools
Development and testing of Anchored Notice and Consent Receipt (ANCR) specifications and Transparency Performance Indicator Report (TPI-R) assessment tools for evidence-based compliance evaluation.
Indigenous Youth Digital Learning
Platform pilots designed in partnership with Indigenous communities, focusing on digital sovereignty, culturally appropriate transparency mechanisms, and youth empowerment through technology.
Controller Registry Implementations
Testing verified organisational credential systems using Controller Registry schemas to establish trusted digital identification for data controllers and enable accountability mechanisms.
Our sandbox methodology combines technical testing with stakeholder engagement, regulatory dialogue, and iterative refinement. Partner organisations benefit from reduced implementation risk, expert guidance, and the opportunity to shape emerging transparency standards.
Consulting & Auditing Services
Our consulting practice helps organisations implement transparent digital governance through evidence-based frameworks and operational transparency mechanisms. We provide strategic guidance that balances regulatory compliance with building genuine public trust.
Services include comprehensive WHiSSPR transparency audits, detailed TPI-R assessments, DTbD implementation support, and regulatory innovation workshops tailored to your organisational context and maturity level.
WHiSSPR Transparency Audits
Comprehensive assessments evaluating transparency practices across your organisation's digital systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for glass-box governance implementation.
TPI-R Assessments
Transparency Performance Indicator Report methodology scoring compliance across four dimensions: timing, completeness, rights access, and integrity. Pilot-tested in Quebec Law 25 enforcement actions, providing evidence-based evaluations that are recognised by regulators.
DTbD Implementation Support
Hands-on guidance implementing Digital Transparency by Default approaches, from technical architecture to operational processes, ensuring standards-based, machine-readable, and verifiable transparency mechanisms.
Regulatory Innovation Workshops
Interactive sessions bringing together privacy officers, technical teams, and leadership to explore transparency frameworks, understand regulatory expectations, and develop organisational roadmaps for glass-box governance.
Standards Development
We contribute actively to international standards development, focusing on operational transparency mechanisms that enable machine-readable, verifiable governance. Our standards work emphasises practical implementation and real-world interoperability rather than aspirational frameworks.
01
ISO/IEC 27560 Notice & Consent Profiles
Developing standardised consent record structures and operational profiles for ISO/IEC 27560, enabling consistent consent management across systems and jurisdictions whilst maintaining privacy-preserving characteristics.
02
ANCR Specifications
Anchored Notice and Consent Receipt (ANCR) technical specifications providing cryptographically verifiable records of consent transactions, creating audit trails for rights sovereignty and authorisation.
03
Controller Registry Schemas
Schemas for verified organisational credentials establishing trusted digital identity for data controllers, enabling accountability mechanisms and supporting transparency credential frameworks.
04
Transparency Credential Frameworks
Developing interoperable frameworks for transparency credentials that organisations can present as evidence of glass-box governance practices, supporting both compliance demonstration and trust-building.
Active Participation
We participate directly in ISO technical committees and W3C working groups to ensure standards can be deployed in real-world systems. Our approach combines technical expertise with regulatory insight and practical implementation experience from pilot programmes.
Implementation First
Every standard we develop is tested through pilot implementations before finalisation. This has taken longer, but it ensures specifications are technically feasible, operationally practical, and genuinely useful for organisations implementing transparency frameworks.
